My 20 years’ experience in fitness, ancestral health and primal nutrition provides that science. How I apply that to change your life is the art!  As a supportive mentor, I meet you where you are and guide behaviour change in nutrition & lifestyle habits with a holistic approach so that you look and feel your best. At a pace you can handle.

Food was never an easy relationship for me either.

After what was honestly decades of being ‘on a diet’, I lost integrity with myself, blamed a lack of ‘willpower’, and figured the only solution was to exercise even more and eat even less. Except, I could barely handle what I was already doing! Food consumed my thoughts 24/7.

And I didn’t feel happy in my skin or even feel as healthy as I desired. I’d had enough.

Sound familiar?

Turns out there’s an easier way. You CAN reset your metabolism to achieve the metabolic flexibility you deserve and enjoy a more effortless relationship with food.

Yes, you. And I can help you do it.

A lot of information out there about nutrition is false. For years we’ve been set up to fail, led to consume less of the most nutrient dense, real whole food, and encouraged to eat more refined & processed food touted as ‘healthy’.

If locking away bodyfat (and easily storing more), having no energy, brain fog, and immune-disabling inflammation is classified as ‘health’…be my guest!

Just look at the current state of health of our population.

In addition to obesity, every non-infectious disease known to man is at an all-time high. Insulin Resistance, Type II Diabetes, Autoimmune conditions, IBS, reproductive problems, mental health issues, cancer, the list goes on.  Many of these are known as ‘lifestyle diseases’ for good reason.

As recent events worldwide have shown, infectious disease is also harder to fight than it should be. Immune systems simply aren’t robust enough anymore - often a direct result of chronic inflammation driven by poor diet and lifestyle habits.

A more ‘ancestrally-adjacent’ way of eating and living enables quite the opposite from a metabolic health standpoint.

But let’s be honest - there’s soOoOo much free information at our fingertips these days. How do you even know what’s right anymore? Or right for you?

Then there’s the Knowing vs Doing factor. It doesn’t matter how much you KNOW if you’ve lost the integrity with yourself to follow through long enough for the magic to happen.

A lot of our relationship with food is emotional. We soothe, pacify, distract, and push down feelings with food.

If we decide to work together, we'll book an Initial 90min Consult (via Zoom or in-person) to dive further into your nutrition habits, lifestyle, history with food, exercise, body image and health goals

STEP 4

Coaching Begins! We'll meet for weekly or fortnightly coaching sessions (via Zoom or in-person) to discuss strategy, progress, challenges...and just life in general! 
Additionally you'll gain access to an online portal for Food, Mood & Lifestyle Journaling, where you can also private message me at any time. Together we'll find unique tools and strategies to keep you moving forwards at a pace that works for you.
