My 20 years’ experience in fitness, ancestral health and primal nutrition provides that science. How I apply that to change your life is the art!  As a supportive mentor, I'll meet you where you are and guide behaviour change in nutrition & lifestyle habits with a holistic approach so that you look and feel your best. At a pace you can handle.

Food wasn't always an easy relationship for me.

After what was honestly decades of being ‘on a diet’, I'd lost integrity with myself, blamed a lack of ‘willpower’, and figured the only solution was to exercise even more and eat even less (even though I could barely handle what I was already doing). 

Food consumed my thoughts 24/7. I didn’t feel happy in my skin or even feel as healthy as I desired.  It sucked.

Turns out there’s an easier way. You CAN reset your metabolic health to achieve the body composition you want, energy you need, and health you deserve - all while enjoying a more effortless relationship with food.

For years, we’ve literally been set up to fail by many public health messages around nutrition.

We've been led to consume less nutrient-dense, real, whole food (to thrive, not just survive) and more of the hyperpalatable, refined, processed food now so readily available and often touted as ‘healthy’.

If locking away bodyfat, struggling with energy, losing muscle tissue, having brain fog, and promoting immune-disabling inflammation is classified as ‘health’…..be my guest!

Just look at the current state of health of our population.

In addition to obesity, every non-infectious disease known to man is at an all-time high. Insulin Resistance, Type II Diabetes, Autoimmune conditions, IBS, reproductive problems, mental health issues, cancer, the list goes on.  Many of these are known as ‘lifestyle diseases’ for good reason.

Infectious diseases (even just the common cold) are harder to fight than they should be. Immune systems simply aren’t robust enough anymore - often a direct result of chronic inflammation driven by poor diet and lifestyle habits.

​

A more ‘ancestrally-aligned’ way of eating and living enables quite the opposite from a metabolic health standpoint.

​

Let’s be honest - there’s soOoOo much free information at your fingertips these days. How do you know what’s right anymore? Or right for you?

Then there’s the knowing vs doing factor. It doesn’t matter how much you 'KNOW' if you’ve lost the integrity with yourself to follow through long enough for the magic to happen.
